Our Services. RRA Roadside LLC delivers Battery Jump Start, Flat Tire Change, Lockout Service, Fuel Delivery, Car Battery Replacement. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to RRA Roadside LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. RRA Roadside LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. RRA Roadside LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Damages. RRA Roadside LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RRA Roadside LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
